Lead Products:

  • Generally fit all vehicles in your inventory
  • Are cost-effective, highly functional, and have a clear value; think protection items
  • Have a value of more than $100 installed, and can't be given away or be thrown into the deal
  • Give the sales staff one item to introduce; then present a lead-in to the rest of the accessories offerings
